Information collected
We collect data provided directly by you through the contact form (name, email, company, position, phone, and message), anonymous browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and chatbot session data (anonymous session_id and conversation messages).
How we use the information
The collected information is used to respond to contacts and commercial inquiries, perform aggregate site usage analysis via GA4, and promote continuous improvement of the chatbot and services offered. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without prior consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _gid) for browsing analysis, a theme preference cookie (n45tech_theme), a cookies consent cookie (n45tech_cookies), and the chatbot session_id stored in sessionStorage (expires when the browser is closed). You may decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner.
Data sharing
Your data may be shared with: Formspree for processing contact form data, Google Analytics for aggregate site usage analysis, Sentry for technical error monitoring, and the n45ai API for chatbot message processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Form data is retained by Formspree according to their own retention policies. GA4 analytics cookies expire according to standard Google Analytics settings. Chatbot session data is stored in sessionStorage and expires automatically when the browser is closed.
Information security
All communication between your browser and our services is protected via HTTPS. Contact form data is not stored in N45 Tech's own infrastructure. We do not collect sensitive data such as credit card numbers, national ID numbers, or passwords.
Your rights (GDPR)
